Kintra Wealth has added Great Scott Financial Services, a practice led by Scott Seymour that manages roughly $355 million in client assets, according to InvestmentNews. Seymour joins as partner and senior wealth advisor and continues to lead his team.

Seymour will draw on shared staff for investments, operations, technology, compliance, marketing and client service. "For much of my career, I've operated as an island of one, serving my clients while also managing every aspect of running a practice," he said.

Kintra was formed in April by six former Commonwealth Financial Network teams and now oversees more than $4 billion in client assets, with 75 professionals nationwide.

Seymour's BrokerCheck record shows he was registered with Commonwealth for seven years. He entered the business in 1998 at the Morristown, N.J., practice his father founded, taking over in 2010 after a completed succession plan. The practice centers on long-term relationships with multigenerational families.

Kintra's launch followed LPL Financial's $2.7 billion acquisition of Commonwealth. A January report from AdvizorPro and Muriel Consulting counted 653 advisors leaving Commonwealth between April 1 and Dec 31, 2025, InvestmentNews reported.
