Focus Financial Partners has named Nevis its enterprise AI platform, with the first work centered on account opening, client onboarding and similar repetitive manual tasks, chief operating officer Justin Ferri told InvestmentNews.

Focus reports more than $570 billion in collective client assets across 330 locations and 6,300 team members, including about $182 billion in its Focus Partners Wealth RIA. The Nevis mandate covers that unit and Focus's other business units. Ferri did not say how many advisors will have access.

Nevis arrives nine months after Focus began rolling out Jump's AI assistant to 800 advisors across SCS Financial and the Focus Partners Wealth network. That January 2026 rollout followed an eight-week, 40-advisor pilot in which participants reported cutting time on meeting prep, notes and follow-ups by 70%, according to an internal Focus survey. Jump has since begun testing an account-opening feature for onboarding clients from Schwab and Fidelity, the two custodians named in Focus Partners Wealth's Form ADV filings.

Nevis co-founder and CEO Mark Swan wrote on LinkedIn that advisors use his company's tool for meeting prep, client presentations, financial plans, meeting notes, personalized emails and surfacing growth opportunities. Jump advertises itself as "the AI notetaker for advisors." Asked how Nevis fits alongside Jump and Claude, Ferri said Focus will assess how its AI tools work together as the Nevis rollout develops. Schwab in September became the first RIA custodian to integrate Claude for Financial Advisors, InvestmentNews reported, available to the more than 16,000 RIAs that custody there — a license this publication reported at $240 a seat.
