  • Jump will match compliance-approved marketing content from FMG Suite's library to topics raised in client conversations and flag a relevant piece for the advisor to decide whether to include in a follow-up.

  • Zocks announced Tuesday an enterprise partnership with LPL Financial that makes its AI meeting software available to investment advisor representatives and registered reps across roughly 1,100 financial institutions in LPL's network.

Jump will match compliance-approved marketing content from FMG Suite's library to topics raised in client conversations and flag a relevant piece for the advisor to decide whether to include in a follow-up. The Salt Lake City company said the advisor has final say over whether anything is sent.

The feature runs on FMG Connect, the integration layer FMG built so outside advisor tools can plug into its platform. Jump was one of seven early-access partners on it. FMG says its broader marketing platform is used by more than 80,000 financial professionals.

"Client conversations often raise questions that deserve more attention after the meeting, but finding the right resources takes time," said Parker Ence, Jump's chief executive and co-founder. Michelle Feinstein, FMG's chief product and strategy officer, said tying FMG content to meeting context from Jump helps advisors "identify relevant resources in real time and decide how best to use them in their client communications."

Zocks and LPL

Zocks announced Tuesday an enterprise partnership with LPL Financial that makes its AI meeting software available to investment advisor representatives and registered reps across roughly 1,100 financial institutions in LPL's network. The report puts that network at 32,000 advisors.

Advisors can capture data from client conversations and sync it to LPL's WealthVision Premium financial planning tool and their connected CRM. Zocks says that cuts the data entry involved in building and updating plans, including tax and estate strategies.

Both firms were named as early partners when Anthropic launched Claude for Financial Advisors at the Future Proof Festival in Huntington Beach, California, according to the report, which describes that launch as having taken place last month.

Between the two announcements, the AI layer moves from note-taking toward the systems where the work gets finished: marketing follow-up in Jump's case, planning data in Zocks's. The practical test for either is the same one advisors already apply to any tool that touches client records. A content library only pays off if the material inside it has cleared the firm's review, and a planning sync only helps if the CRM and WealthVision hold the record the advisor actually works from. Jump's design keeps the send decision with the advisor rather than opening a new outbound channel, which suggests the vendor is selling the workflow as an addition to existing supervision rather than a workaround for it.
